• Delivery

    Items ordered in the Webshop are delivered to the countries that can be selected in the ordering process. If you want the item delivered to a country that does not figure in the ordering process, please contact us to find a possible solution. Depending on the actual order, the delivery is performed by a courier or shipping agent, which figures in the delivery notice you receive when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

    We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

    The delivery time is shown on the product page, the shopping cart and the order receipt that is sent immediately after your purchase. If any production or
    other delays arise in connection with delivery, this could affect the delivery time. We endeavour to contact you as quickly as possible in the event of delays.

     

    Shipping parcels

    For courier shipments, where the item is in stock, we deliver the item within 1-2 weeks after your purchase to an address or package shop, depending on your choice of delivery type. There is also an option to pick up your order at our workshop in Copenhagen.

    When the ordered item is not in stock, you may expect the delivery within 5-8 weeks after your purchase.

    How to apply the right of revocation

     

    Returning the item and costs of return

    If you have revoked the purchase of an item, please send the item to:

    You must return the item without unnecessary delay - and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to revoke your purchase. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

     

    Refund

    When you revoke your purchase, we refund all payments received from you in connection with the purchase. Return costs are at your own expense.

    We refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we received the item you returned.

    We make such a repayment with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you are not subject to any fees resulting from the refund.
