Jumping Fish Lamp

Designed by Standard Practice for DIALEKT Objects, the Jumping Fish Lamp takes its name from the Chinese fable in which a carp leaps over the Dragon Gate and transforms into a dragon. The lamp captures this transformation in physical form, moment - sculptural and soft.

At once a light source and a sculptural object, the lamp acts as a centrepiece of a room with quiet presence. Hand-stretched Korean Washi paper diffuses the internal light into a soft, otherworldly glow, while revealing a unique silhouette from every angle.
